This project entailed the strategic development of a custom exhibit display for Amazon Canada at their booth space during the Federation of Canadian Municipalities conference in Calgary. The deliverables included 12 unique large-format print graphics, event stickers, and both layout and concept rendering for a 20’x20’ tradeshow booth.

To achieve a cohesive look and feel, the approach incorporated insights from agency reports and Amazon's brand guidelines, along with assets from their existing library. Special emphasis was placed on ensuring that all attendee-facing information was positioned at a comfortable reading height and distance.

One of the main challenges was incorporating large volumes of both English and French text to meet the client’s expectations for bilingual accessibility. This was resolved through close collaboration with the Amazon team to prioritize key messaging from their reports and ensure accurate, balanced translation in the final design.

The completed project resulted in strong client satisfaction, ultimately securing an additional opportunity to develop a similar exhibit for Amazon at a subsequent event in Kentucky. The final assets were designed to stand out, combining strategic design thinking with practical, on-the-ground execution.
