This private event marketing campaign was meticulously crafted to support a Stampede Fundraiser. From evites and invitation letters tailored to brand guidelines to the intuitive registration website interface, every detail echoed the fundraiser's spirited retro rodeo theme. Carefully curated imagery, thoughtfully designed guest name tags, and impactful signage, including for the raffle prizes, rounded out the campaign. Despite time constraints and the challenge of navigating unfamiliar event planning territory, I confidently executed each element, ensuring a cohesive and successful event experience.
